Yes! Products are handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because of this, slight variations in color, appearance, and scent may happen from batch to batch.

Do you use AI-generated images on your website or social media?

Yes — some images used on our website, product listings, labels, or social media may be created or enhanced with AI tools.

As a super busy mom, housewife, caregiver, homeschool parent, and small business owner, AI helps me bring my ideas and branding visions to life in ways I simply wouldn’t be able to do otherwise. While I may not have professional graphic design or photography skills (or the time to learn everything myself 😅), I still want to create a beautiful, cozy, and enjoyable shopping experience for my customers.

Wax Melts & Wickless Candles

What are wickless candles?

Wickless candles are highly scented wax products designed to be warmed in an approved wax warmer instead of burned with a flame. They provide fragrance without an open flame.

How do I use wax melts or wickless candles?

Simply place the wax into an approved wax warmer and allow it to melt gradually while releasing fragrance into your space.

How long do the scents last?

Scent longevity varies depending on the fragrance, warmer type, room size, airflow, and personal scent preference. Some scents are naturally stronger or longer-lasting than others.

Can I reuse the wax?

Yes! Wax can typically be reused multiple times until the fragrance fades.

Are wax melts and wickless candles safe around children and pets?

Always use caution with home fragrance products. Keep warmers and melted wax away from children and pets, and never leave warmers unattended while in use.

Can my wax melt during shipping?

It's never happened but it may be possible — extreme heat during warmer months may cause wax products to soften or melt during transit. If this happens, allow the wax to cool and harden fully before use. Performance is usually not affected.

Freshie FAQ

What are freshies?

Freshies are handmade scented air fresheners designed for cars, closets, bathrooms, offices, and other small spaces. ✨

How long do freshies last?

Most freshies stay noticeably scented for 2-4 weeks or longer depending on fragrance type, temperature, airflow, and placement.

Can freshies melt or stain surfaces?

Yes — extreme heat can cause freshies to soften, warp, melt, or leak oils. Avoid placing them directly against dashboards, screens, leather, fabrics, plastics, painted surfaces, or other sensitive materials.

Over the Moon Aromas is not responsible for heat-related damage, staining, or misuse after delivery.

Are freshies safe around children and pets?

Freshies are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest or allow pets to chew on them.

Do you offer custom freshies?

Custom requests may occasionally be accepted depending on availability and scheduling.

Orders & Shipping

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated during busy launches, holidays, or restocks.

Do you offer local pickup?

If local pickup is available, details will be listed at checkout or announced on social media.

What if my package is delayed?

Once packages are shipped, shipping times are controlled by the postal carrier and may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.

What if my package is lost or marked delivered?

Over the Moon Aromas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages once marked delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier first if issues arise.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted on used items.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect items.
