All products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, glitter placement, wax appearance, labeling, scent strength, and anything else may occur from item to item. This is completely normal and part of the handmade charm!

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once your package has been shipped, Over the Moon Aromas is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Wax products may soften or melt during hot weather, especially during summer months or while sitting in mailboxes/porches. While we do our best to package items carefully, Over the Moon Aromas is not responsible for heat-related damage caused during transit after shipment.

If your wax melts arrive softened or melted:

• Allow them to cool and harden fully before use.
• Product performance is usually not affected.

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help make it right.

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Over the Moon Aromas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will gladly help provide tracking information if needed.

Wax Melt Safety

• Use only in approved wax warmers.
• Never leave a warmer unattended while in use.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Do not ingest.
• Do not add water to melted wax.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Candle Safety

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Burn on a heat-safe surface.
• Keep away from flammable objects.
• Trim wick (if it has one) before each use.

Our products may contain fragrance oils, essential oils, dyes, and other ingredients that could cause sensitivities in some individuals. Customers purchase and use products at their own discretion.

Customer information is used only for order fulfillment, customer service, and communication related to purchases. Over the Moon Aromas does not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to process payments and ship orders.
